CPA Dicky is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (U), and a Full Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) in good standing (FM3395). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Uganda (IIA). He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Major in Finance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting option), and a Diploma in Co-operatives and Business Administration (Accounting Option-First Class Honors). He has undergone specialized training in Fraud detection and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). With over 12 years’ experience in Audit and Assurance, Project Finance and Public Finance Management, currently CPA Dicky is a Senior Internal Auditor at National Crop Resources Research Institute (NaCRRI) under National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO). As the Managing Partner, he heads the Audit & Assurance Department at Obiga Dicky Associates Certified Public Accountants.

CPA Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (U), and a Full Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) in good standing (FM3999). He is also a Certified Tax Advisor CTA (U), and a Tax Agent licensed by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA Reg. No. BW 01230297076). CPA Patrick is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance at Uganda Management Institute (UMI), and is also a candidate for ADIT International Tax at The Chartered Institute of Taxation in UK. His experience spans across multiple sectors including Media, Start-Ups, Construction, Engineering, Real Estates, Property, Investments and Not-for-Profit Organizations. Currently, CPA Patrick is the Managing Partner at Patricko & Associates Certified Tax Advisors, a tax consulting firm specialized in providing solutions to individuals, businesses & organizations to manage tax & regulatory compliance. He heads the Tax & Regulatory Services department at Obiga Dicky Associates Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Patrick holds a Diploma in Co-operatives and Business Administration (Accounting option), Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management. He is currently Pursuing Certified Public Accountancy CPA (U) at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance at Uganda Management Institute (UMI). Mr. Patrick has over 10 years’ experience in Revenue Management & Administration, Audit, Corporate Governance, Public Finance Management, Risk and Internal Control. Mr. Patrick currently works as a Senior Finance Officer at Arua District Local Government. He heads the Accounts & Finance department at Obiga Dicky Associates Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Emmanuel is an Advocate in the High Court of Uganda and Advocate in the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice. Emmanuel is a member of Uganda Law Society (ULS) and Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Mr. Emmanuel has accumulated over 10 years’ experience in Legal Practice & Corporate Affairs. Currently, Mr. Emmanuel is a Board Member at Maracha District Land Board, Board Chairman at WN-CARD (Westnile Action For Community Development), Board Member at Madi-Okollo District Land Board, and Legal Partner at WAYMO Advocates, Arua, Uganda. He heads the Legal & Corporate Affairs department at Obiga Dicky Associates Certified Public Accountants.
